Powers and abilities

  • Inorganic Physiology (Type 2; Anubis is a machine whom, unlike Omnics, was not put under the Iris and thus was not given even potential life)
  • Self-Sustenance (All Types; As a machine, Anubis lacks all requirements humanity does, instread running on currently unknown power sources)
  • Technology Manipulation/Hacking (Anubis has an extreme control over Technology, being able to bypass the firewalls of Omnics with ease, and being able to break through Helix Security's firewalls in a matter of hours if left unrestrained, giving it comparable hacking capabilities to Sombra at the least, whom can also bypass the firewalls of omnics with ease)
  • Hive Mind (Types 1 and 2; Anubis controls Omnics by putting them within it's hive mind, with non-sapient Omnics simply becoming a part of it where Sapient Omnics still have their minds intact)
  • Information Analysis (Bastion Units, which Anubis is far superior to, are able to analyze the topography of their surroundings up to a range of several kilometers),
  • Resistance to Hacking (Anubis bears superior firewalls to any individual omnic, being the one that originally desgined the firewalls behind Bastion units and R-7000 Ravagers, and never being hacked itself despite doing so would be able to render it a non-threat)
  • All Omnics have thse abilities:
  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Weapon Mastery (With aim-assist Programs, Omnics can accurately hit shots in the heat of battle), Inorganic Physiology (Type 2), Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2, and 3), and Danmaku (Most Omnics carry assault weapons, which allows for danmaku, while Titan Omnics carry missile silos)
  • Bastion Units: Bastion Units are the only normal Omnics used in the crisis known to have separate abilities from the crowd.
  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Bodily Weaponry (Built-in submachine-gun, minigun, and tank cannon), Information Analysis (Able to analyze the topography of his surroundings up to a range of several kilometers), Technology Manipulation (Able to interface with other Bastion units and access their memory banks), Transformation (Can transform its Recon, Sentry, and Tank forms at will), Damage Reduction (Passively reduces incoming damage when in his Sentry and Tank forms), Healing (Can repair itself mid-combat), Explosion Manipulation (Via Configuration: Tank), Resistance to Hacking (Capable of resisting Sombra's hacking)

Weaknesses

Anubis itself is incapable of combat, and requires omnics to do it's bidding. Due to their hive mind, successfully tampering with one machine is sufficient to at least temporarily disable all machines in a few dozen meter area area, which includes Anubis itself.
