Matter Manipulation (Atomic level. Can alter and reshape the structure of matter, and transmute objects and people into others)

Biological Manipulation (Removed a woman's face, stopped a group of people from laughing)
Pain Manipulation (Can cause extreme pain on others with a thought)
Existence Erasure (Can erase others from existence and remove their form with a thought. Erased all Phasers in the Enterprise)
Creation (Could possibly recreate the Thasian's feats of recreating those he erased)
possibly Incorporeality (Likely forced into a similar state as the Thasians, who are incorporeal beings with no form, depth, width and height)

His immaturity gets on the way of his fighting capacity. Using his powers too much will make him weaker.
