Powers and abilities
- Godzilla Physiology
- Immortality (Types 1, 2, 3 and 7; GMK Godzilla is essentially a dead body possessed by millions of souls)
- Large Size (Type 1; 60 meters)
- Resurrection (Though this is non-combat applicable)
- Multiple Selves (Type 2)
- Abstract Existence (Type 2; Souls and Thoughts)
- Self-Sustenance (Type 1; Though technically a reptile and not an amphibian, Godzilla has an amphibious lifestyle. He spends half of his life in water and the other on land. Godzilla can remain completely submerged underwater for long periods, and Kyohei Yamane suggests that he survived for millions of years living inside a deep underwater cavern. This idea is supported by official artwork of the 1954 Godzilla living with other Godzillas underwater before a huge explosion destroys his habitat, killing his companions and burning and enraging Godzilla, and drawing him to the surface)
- Skilled in Hand to Hand Combat
- Stealth Mastery (Via Ambush)
- Regeneration (Low-Mid in combat; High-Mid over time)
- Magic (He possesses supernatural and mysterious forces attributed to some force beyond scientific understanding and the laws of nature. He is not merely a biological creature but is a vengeful spirit animated by the restless souls of those who died in World War II)
- Soul Manipulation (Able to absorb souls and use them to prolong his life)
- Energy Projection (Mainly nuclear energy, but he can also project electricity and other kinds of energy)
- Enhanced Adaptation (After being struck multiple times by King Ghidorah's electrical attacks, Godzilla adapted to absorb the energy. Godzilla then uses the energy to launch a powered up version of his atomic breath, the Gravitational Atomic Breath)
- Gravitational Atomic Breath: Gravity Manipulation and Enhanced Explosion Generation
- Standard Godzilla Resistances
- plus Resistance to: Possession/Soul Manipulation (Godzilla resisted the spirits of all three Guardian Monsters entered into his body)
- Gravity Manipulation (Survived point-blank shots from King Ghidorah's Gravity Beams)
- Poison (Resisted a hail of Mothra's poison stingers)
- All from before to a greater extent and: Enhanced Immortality (Types 2 and 3)
- and Enhanced Regeneration (Low-Mid; Regenerated holes punched in him by Thor. It is stated he cannot die)
- All previous abilities to a greater extent
- plus: Possibly All-Black the Necrosword (Given that the events of Jason Aaron's Thor and Punisher runs are implied to have happened within the comic, and it is connected to Jason Aaron's Thor run, Godzilla should have the abilities granted by the sword)
- Space Survival (Can survive in the vacuum of space)
- Empowerment (Godzilla is empowered by All-Black the Necrosword. Using this he can emit a combination of his Atomic Breath and the Necrosword's abilities, known as the Necrobreath)
- Necrobreath (Godzilla's Necrobreath is far stronger than his regular Atomic Breath, and combines it with the power of the Necrosword, making for a beam of energy that can "burn the very heavens themselves")
Weaknesses
Puncturing his organs will cause his atomic breath to leak out which will eventually destroy his body, however, Godzilla was not truly killed, as his disembodied heart continued to beat on the seafloor | Sub-zero temperatures | None notable
Ranked #5 of 562 in Godzilla by strength.
