Powers and abilities
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics
- Enhanced Senses, Extrasensory Perception, Psychometry, Information Analysis, Analytical Prediction, Clairvoyance, Precognition and Retrocognition (Possesses Eagle Vision, just like their hybrid descendants, allowing them to revisit and perfectly recreate past events, reveal a person's true intentions and revisit their memories, see through walls, pinpoint objects of interest, pass on information to other Eagle Vision users, detect poisons and so on, and anyone with their powers are easily capable of predicting and automatically reacting to attacks moments before their occurrence. Could easily and accurately foresee multiple alternate future events through time itself either by themselves with their Sixth Sense of Knowledge or in conjunction with their technology, as confirmed in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and most recently in Assassin's Creed Odyssey: The Fate of Atlantis, and could even look back at past events at a much more refined rate than their hybrid descendants could. The Isu called these visions of the future as "Calculations", better known as "divination through numbers". Based on her studies, Minerva constructed two builds of the Eye not only to enhance the Isu's precognitive abilities and view several possible alternate futures, but also to speak with several people of the future, the most notable being Ezio Auditore da Firenze and Desmond Miles. Because of this, they were also able to gain access to a distortion in time and space called the Synch Nexus, where they could perform Calculations at a much more refined rate and with greater efficiency. Eagle Vision, the ability their descendants possess, is a limited form of their own Sixth Sense of Knowledge, as confirmed by Juno and by Poseidon, though some of them were able to have visions into the future and use it in limited forms during combat, like Clay Kaczmarek, who killed himself after being driven mad by them as confirmed by former Assassin's Creed lead narrative director Darby McDevitt, and Jeanne d'Arc, who was noted to have one of the highest Isu counts of any hybrid and was confirmed to receive similar visions in Assassin's Creed: Heresy)
- Master Martial Artists (The Isu were experienced in every single form of unarmed combat recognizable by modern human beings. Even the science division was trained in the arts of the deadly weapons in case of war)
- Light Manipulation (Their own bodies generate faint amounts of light over their faces and arms akin to body paint, and they can also generate and shoot beams of light with their own hands)
- Accelerated Development (Should be able to learn skills considerably faster than their hybrid descendants, who themselves could raise their abilities at much faster rates than ordinary humans)
- Rage Power (Can grow considerably stronger upon flying into a rage, and immunize themselves further to their own weapons' effects)
- Data Manipulation (As souls, the Isu were capable of living eternally as bits of data until such the time came to resurrect themselves once more)
- Weapon Mastery (Had built weapons far more advanced than modern-day weaponry and could also wield both their own and human weapons without issue. Also built the same weapons as modern-day humans, like tanks and handguns, for example, albeit with far more advanced technology)
- Flight, Teleportation, Portal Creation, Information Manipulation and Necromancy (Could seemingly resurrect warriors from the dead)
- Energy Manipulation and Energy Projection (Here, here and here. Upon resurrection, Juno used her new energy-based powers to incapacitate all those around her. Aletheia herself confirmed that the simulations she showed to the Misthios and the feats they performed were real, most of them being the memories of many notable Isu such as Poseidon, Hades, Persephone and Aletheia herself, who was also known as Dikastes)
- Telekinesis (Persephone with her telekinetic powers effortlessly overpowered Hermes and then threw him off of the Palace grounds. Not long after, she then effortlessly restrained Kassandra with her telekinetic powers. Juno using her telekinetic powers easily restrained Charlotte de la Cruz after being resurrected)
- Hacking
- Forcefield Creation
- Longevity
- Regeneration (Mid-Low via scaling to Kassandra and Bayek)
- Preparation
- Extaordinary Genius Intelligence
- Technology Manipulation (Isu can psionically manipulate and command the Pieces of Eden as well as their constructs such as the their Temples with merely a thought. Also capable of interacting with modern technology upon a single thought)
- Animal Manipulation (Possessed far better taming abilities than Bayek and Kassandra)
- Mind Manipulation (Could easily control people without the need of the Apple of Eden, as seen in Persephone's case, where she effortlessly forced Hekate to speak the truth and only the truth)
- Incorporeal form, Soul Manipulation and Possession (Via various methods and even as souls. Aletheia managed to replicate her own concsiousness into the Staff of Hermes Trismegistus to guide the Heir of Memories in the future)
- Thousands of other abilities and skillsets (As the creator of the human race, the Isu themselves are capable of doing anything their creations and descendants could)
- Pieces of Eden (Should be resistant to their own weapons due to lacking the neurotransmitters required for the Pieces of Eden to control them in the first place. Passed this genetic trait down to their hybrid descendants)
- Extreme Temperatures, Disease Manipulation and several other resistances (Should possess the same resistances to extreme temperatures, diseases and other elements as their creations)
- Creation
- Mind Manipulation, Illusion Creation, Memory Manipulation, Power Bestowal and Power Mimicry (Can pass on their memories to other people and grant them several superhuman physical characteristics and many more powers)
- Apple of Eden
- Staff of Eden
- Spear of Eden
- Staves of Eden and Staff of Hermes Trismegistus
- Shroud of Eden
- The Koh-i-Noor
- Time Manipulation and Time Travel (The Isu were capable of building technology to travel through and alter time, but it proved to be too dangerous, so they abandoned it)
- Forcefield Creation and Magnetism Manipulation (Via Shards of Eden)
- Forcefield Creation, Magnetism Manipulation and Radiation Generation (With the Global Aurora Borealis Device, also known as The Eye. However, this had the unintended consequence of increasing the intensity of the radiation because of the magnetic field that the generators of the device produced to protect Earth, and it was merely a temporarly postponement to the end of the World)
- Resurrection (With the Shroud of Eden, which successfully recreated from scratch a body for Juno. The Isu used the Yggdrasil Supercomputer to upload their genome into that of humans to endlessly resurrect)
- Seismic Manipulation (With Seismic Temples)
- Hacking
- Plasma Manipulation (With their standard handguns)
- Technology Manipulation
Weaknesses
None notable other than their daily needs of food, drink and rest | They will lose their immortality and instantly die once they willingly pass on the Staff of Hermes to their next successor or if it is forcibly taken away from them after they have lived well beyond their natural lifespan (However, both entities will have to maintain simultaneous contact with the Staff for this to happen), and even with the Staff with them they risk losing their sanity. Their precognitive machines were incredibly difficult to operate due to them being able to bend the laws of time and space and required hundreds of tries to be properly operational. Although the Isu managed to figure out the solution to the Apple of Eden's weakness of requiring more energy from its users in exchange for higher range, all of them died out before they could fix it due to running out of time and resources following the catastrophe. Upon resurrection, Juno initially fell victim to the Koh-i-Noor's illusions but managed to break free immediately upon flying into a rage. For some reason, Juno did not inherit the powers of the Shroud to the fullest extent despite being literally resurrected by its ability to recreate bodies from scratch and to imbue them with its powers, which ultimately resulted in her death.
Ranked #1 of 98 in Assassin's Creed by strength.
