  • Electricity Manipulation (Can produce and manipulate electricity, discharging it omnidirectionally, release directed “lightning spears” from her forehead, or call down larger bolts from the sky. In addition, the immense heat generated by her lightning can burn concrete rubble into charcoal, burn through rebar and melt flesh without even needing to hit it directly; the lighting she calls down from the skies should also be comparable to real lightning)
  • Paralysis Inducement (Her electricity can flow into the opponent's nerves to use the involuntary reflexes to stop them. Can send out electricity that can forcibly constrict muscles to prevent movement)
  • Technology Manipulation (By using her powers, she can carry out precise hacking and take control electronic device such as security cameras, combat-capable drones, mechas and even advanced powered suits like the Five_OVERs and should also be comparable to Misaka Worst, a weaker copy of her who can hack cyborgs to take control of their bodies. Furthermore, she can restore deleted data off of a computer, hack into databases and even overload servers over the internet to cause building fires)
  • Magnetism Manipulation (Can use magnetism to control magnetic objects in a telekinetic-like manner such as, throwing them at people, creating shields, making makeshift cages. She can also jump from building to building, glides through the air, slowing her descent by using nearby metallic objects and reach the top of a building in only two steps with magnetism. Other ways that she can use her magnetism are vibrating a piece of metal to produce a fake voice, magnetize objects to attarct attract metallic objects and interfere with the internals of objects)
  • Iron Sand Manipulation (Can use her electromagnetism to manipulate iron sand in numerous ways, usually to form things like swords, whips, claws, tornadoes, drills, feathers, tsunamis, doubles of herself and others, and shields)
  • Surface Scaling (Has used her magnetism to attaching herself onto surfaces, like cling to the side of a wall to avoid falling, cling and walk on ceilings, and walks across the wing of a jet in flight)
  • Enhanced Senses (She can perceive the flow of electrical currents and magnetic fields. Her body is constantly emitting electro-magnetic waves that picks up any suspicious movements against her, which can allow her to feel and maneuver around her surroundings even while she can't see or hear. Can also detect a person's presence even if they are invisible with her microwave radar. Should also be comparable to her weaker clones, who can measure someone's heartrate and brainwaves through touch and can detect the exact amount of people in a building and if they are armed from a distance away)
  • Durability Negation (Can send out powerful electromagnetic waves that can mess with internal organs)
  • Plasma Manipulation (She considered it possible to use her powers to return Accelerator's plasma sphere to its original state by putting the electrons and cations back together. Can ionize empty cans and turn them into plasma as a visual distraction)
  • Memory Manipulation (Her electricity can act as a circuit that links her mind to someone else's upon making physical contact with them, allowing her to view their memories. In the past, she claimed she could zap the memory region of a person's brain to make them forget memories)
  • Limited Flight (Can use her magnetism to use metallic objects as a way to levitate in the air or fly around the battlefield in a limited manner. In very specific circumstances, she can manipulate water vapor into a set of wings using the static electricity from the interactions between particles to fly)
  • Weather Manipulation (Was stated by Kumokawa Seria to be among the few espers that are capable of controlling weather conditions. Can create large thunderclouds to attack people with lightning strikes)
  • Resistance to Electricity Manipulation and Extreme Heat (Has survived having her own lightning reflected back onto her while in the air, enduring its heat as well as its voltage. Should be comparable to Mugino Shizuri, as a fellow electric-based Esper who has stated that they have a heightened resistance towards electricity)
  • Resistance to Mind Manipulation (Has an electromagnetic barrier that protects against Shokuhou Misaki's Mental Out and a solid wall of powerful distrust towards her power itself which renders it ineffective against her in most situations. Her electromagnetic barrier also seemingly offers protection against the Magic Side's people-clearing fields)
  • Enhanced Accelerated Development and Transformation (Passive; Physical Stats, Abilities; Misaka continuously grows in power, which causes her form to change and evolves as time passes)
  • Energy Manipulation (Can create/call in a strange black sphere that can crush things it makes contact with upon reaching her Phase 5.3 state)
  • Self-Destruction (Would self-destruct upon reaching an unstable Level 6)
  • Teleportation (Traveled through her lightning strikes to reach Kamijou Touma's location)
  • Statistics Amplification (Was taught by Hokaze Junko on how to reproduce and use a copy of her Rampage Dress, although, it is unknown if she taught her how to use the other aspects of Rampage Dress like its regeneration capabilities or its ability to enhance one's senses)
  • Large Size (Type 0 to Type 1; Created a giant from iron sand to combat the 60m monster created and controlled by Doppelganger. Used a smaller but still massive gaint from iron sand against Shundan Kimi)
  • Air Manipulation (Can create ozone. Can break down the air to change the oxygen level, and can also open a "hole" in the atmosphere to give the oxygen she needs and protect herself from friction)
  • Radiation Manipulation (Can manipulate microwaves, either to divert existing ones or creating her own to heat herself up in cold weather)
  • Possibly Light Manipulation (Hokaze Junko considered an electromaster on Misaka's level would probably be able to interfere with particles of light to defend against laser beams)
  • Possibly Energy Manipulation (Kamijou Touma considered it possible that she could create Thor's Arc Fusion Blades upon seeing Thor using them while disguised as her)
  • Flight (Her A.A.A can fly)
  • Fire Manipulation, Sound Manipulation, Explosion Manipulation and Energy Projection (Her A.A.A holds tank guns, laser cannons, flamethrowers, Gatling guns, large chainsaws for use on special steel, anti-trench drills, air-to-air missile containers, precision guided aerial bombs, heavy metal disintegration plasma cannons, electromagnetic burning weapons, ultra-high frequency acoustic cannons, electric melting blades, and fortress-attacking large-caliber railguns)
  • Transformation (Her A.A.A can change its form from a two-seat fighter-like form, a large motorcycle to a small backpack form for portability)

Weaknesses

Has been shown that she can run out of electricity to use if she fights for too long. Heavily relies on her radar in battles to anticipate attacks and react to them to the point that she does extremely poorly in fights without it. | She appears to be a mindless beast and her power progression is slowed down when in the presence of powerful opponents or negating abilities; Will self-destruct upon reaching her maximum power output, as Mikoto can't become a stable Level 6 | Same as Pre-Daihaseisai. Can hurt herself if she isn't careful while using Rampage Dress. Can experience some side effects when using the A.A.A. The Liquid Proof Railgun requires the support of Shokuhou Misaki
