  • Extreme Heat (3593 °C: His Arc Fusion Blade are electrical arcs and is directly compared to burners used for wielding or fusing)
  • Explosion Manipulation (Can heat up air to a massive temperature to make it expand explosively)
  • Minor Light Manipulation and Statistics Amplification (By establishing a connection with Mjölnir, he can emit a pale bluish-white light around his hair and fingertips and have his power be drastically raised)
  • Limited Flight (Can use his arc fusion blades as electric boosters by explosively expanding the air to forcibly accelerate the movements of his own body, allowing him reach large heights in a single bound)
  • Healing (Mid-Low, possibly High Low: When Ollerus was disguised as Thor and had been punished for Thor's failures by having his entire arm severed, he stated that he could reattach it himself, which Thor's companions accept without question; later on, Thor shows that he does know recovery magic, which he was going to use to heal his broken hands and a gunshot wound to the side, therefore, Thor's recovery magic possibly has the power to reconnect severed limbs)
  • Platform Creation (When Ollerus was disguised as him, he, as Thor, created and then scatter a large amount of goat fur on the water and to stand on it as it was a raft, as suspicions weren't raised by Ollerus using this spell, he could possibly have this spell)
  • Further Power Nullification (Thor has the ability to add some sort of modifications to a certain area in order to nullify an invisibility spell without the user noticing)
  • Limited Instinctive Action and Spatial Manipulation (Almighty Thor is a magic that moves the entire world around him to place him in a position where he can easily defeat his enemy and win, it even operates automatically, adjusting position and distance so that none of the enemy's attacks can reach him and that he is in the ideal position to attack)
  • Afterimage Creation (Almighty Thor can seemingly move the world so fast, that several afterimages of himself can be made when avoiding attacks)
  • Social Influencing (Able to act convincingly enough to deceive Kamijou Touma into thinking he was Misaka Mikoto until he started attacking. Deceived Mjölnir into following the course of actions he wanted her to do in order to ensure Marian's safety. Convinced Misaka Mikoto into teaming up with him to protect Kamijou Touma despite her own reservations If Thor hadn't decided on making a representative to present all of their complaints to Othinus through finding out who's the strongest in GERMLIN in a giant free-for-all, the remaining members of GERMLIN would've chosen him to lead the organization)
  • Sleight of Hand (Has skill in swiping items, from tools of the sort used in do-it-yourself to a gun from an engineer in customs)
  • Martial Arts (Is the representative combat member of Othinus' Gremlin with him being stated to be especially skilled in direct combat even for a member of Gremlin, making him comparable, if not possibly superior to, trained Martial Artists like Saronia A. Irivika and Bersi in terms of their skill in direct combat)

Weaknesses

Obsessed with reaching his next stage of growth and the number of experience points he get from battles, making him willing to maim himself and push himself to near-death to get an equal fight. The Almighty Thor spell doesn't respond to things which Thor isn't facing as a target, though, if he recognizes it in time he can add it to his targets and avoid harm. Needs his connection with Mjölnir to be able to use any of his combat spells besides Almighty Thor. Operating and moving at high speeds with his Arc Blades is taxing on his body, even if he finely controls his power but moves quickly at acute angles, it bring horrible effect on his shoulders and the joints of his thighs, and even jumps from a stationary position brings pain to his blood vessels and organs in his body. If something cannot be cut by his Fusion Blades, Thor's hands will be damaged and possibly break with repeated clashes.
