Powers and abilities

• Superhuman Physical Characteristics
• Genius Intelligence
• Social Influencing (Gekka was once a highly ranked police officer, earning significant respect and acclaim from his peers due to his numerous achievements. He is also mentioned to have supreme authority in the detective world and great influence over the police. He also mentors orphaned children to become detective trainees, many of whom have full respect and trust in him. He has numerous clients and grateful people who would line up in front of his castle to welcome him. Additionally, he is one of the leaders of the Victims Catharsis Committee, a secret criminal organization with numerous members that influence those whose lives have been ruined by crime. He has supporters and admirers in the detective community, such as Sachi Mizuiyama, who will go to great lengths to support him once they learn he is an Executive of the Victims Catharsis Committee, including killing and harming anyone who might threaten his position)
• Information Analysis (As a Triple Zero, he should be comparable to the likes of Mikado Shinsen, Licorne, and Johnny Arp in this regard. He was stated to be a genius of parallel thinking and multitasking, and is stated to be on the same level as Licorne, who can solve crimes before they were even committed. He should be vastly superior to lower-ranked detectives like Kyoko Kirigiri, Suisei Nanamura, and Kou Inuzuka in terms of analytical prowess. With the last two detectives being capable of analyzing one's character and actions at a glance. He should be superior to Suisei Nanamura, who can observe a character through multiple means, mainly by quantifying the price and value of their personal belongings to see through the nature of things. He should also be superior to Kou Inuzuka, who can easily tell a person's activities in the past simply through the powers of observation, which was described as something along the lines of "seeing right through all of a person's actions just from tiny details, and it makes the person feel like they can't hide anything from them")

Weaknesses

He is sickly. He is also paraplegic, using a wheelchair due to leg injuries sustained while working as a police officer.

Ranked #26 of 100 in Danganronpa by strength.
