Powers and abilities
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics
- Transformation (Overdrive)
- Energy Projection & Explosion Manipulation (with Happy blasters)
- Statistics Amplification (Can greatly increase her speed with Cat Leaper and use it to increase the force of her kicks)
- Analytical Prediction (Can predict how and where her opponent will move as well as attack the predicted position before her opponent even gets there)
- Afterimage Creation
- Time Manipulation (Cat Leaper is capable of rewinding time of the world, Time Travel, and travel to alternate timelines. User can also Accelerate Time on self)
- Time Travel (Cat Leaper can travel to the past via both a time rewind or world jump)
- Passive Resurrection (Can rewind the world's time or Universe Leap in reaction to being killed. Her Cat Leaper is capable of resurrecting the user. Rebecca sub-consciously leaps back in time whenever she is about to die or soon after she dies. Drakken Joe was planning on obtaining Cat Leaper so that he could live forever)
- Clairvoyance (Through a dream like sequence, Rebecca can make an unconscious time leaps into the future where she can gain information about the future)
- Type 4 Immortality via Self-Resurrection (Every time she dies, she automatically self-resurrects in a new timeline or reverses time. Drakken Joe's aim was to attain Immortality through Cat Leaper)
- Possible Law Manipulation (Cat Leaper was repeatedly stated to be capable of "changing the laws of the cosmos")
- Extrasensory Perception (She can sense Ether Flow)
- Vehicular Mastery (While riding a motorcycle, she can perform quick maneuvers to avoid eruptions and allow others or herself to attack)
- Expert Marksman (She is skilled enough to get all head-shots almost every time she fights)
- Danmaku
- At least Molecular, Possibly Sub-Atomic Matter Manipulation & Organic Manipulation on self (Overdrive users have control over their own molecules, they rearrange their constituent particles when they access Overdrive)
- At least Molecular, Possibly Sub-Atomic Biological Manipulation (Homura altered her biology to be able to survive outerspace, they also grow horns, furry ears, tails, tentacles, etc. depending on their Overdrive)
- At least Molecular, Possibly Sub-Atomic Body Control (she can alter the particles in her body)
- Adaptation (Overdrive reconfigures particles to adapt to any situation)
- Self-Sustenance & Space Survival (Overdrive allows survival in outer space)
- Cloth Manipulation (Clothes will be created when they enter Overdrive, even if they were naked)
- Purification (Ether has Self-Purification Properties)
- Cold Temperatures & Cosmic Radiation (By virtue of being able to survive in the vacuum of space)
- Time Manipulation (Priestess of time isn't affected by time distortion)
- At least Molecular, Possibly Sub-Atomic Matter Manipulation, Organic Manipulation, Deconstruction, Transmutation, Biological Manipulation, Body Control, Blood Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation (because Overdrive allows one to reconstruct themselves on at least molecular level, they can bring their body back to normal if one tries to alter their state of matter or disintegrate them)
Weaknesses
An EMP will disable her Ether Gear temporarily, binding her leg will leave her unable to use her Ether Gear at all. She doesn't have complete control of Cat Leaper and using it many times in quick succession consumes a lot of energy, causing her body to be damaged and gain temporary cracks. Her ability to reverse time, travel through time & passive self-resurrection are almost entirely restricted in Universe 0.
Ranked #12 of 53 in Edens Zero by strength.
