Powers and abilities

  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics
  • Aura (Able to use his Aura for numerous purposes)
  • Forcefield Creation (Aura can be used as a full-body forcefield)
  • Statistics Amplification (Can use Aura to enhance his striking power)
  • Enhanced Senses (Can use his Aura to sharpen his senses)
  • Regeneration (Low)
  • Extrasensory Perception (His Aura allows him to sense things around him)
  • Weapon Mastery (Skilled marksman and polearm wielder)
  • Accelerated Development (Training [Physical Statistics and Abilities; Even Huntsmen in Training are able to rapidly develop in short periods of time, becoming significantly stronger and faster and evolving their abilities through short periods of training])
  • Water Manipulation (Via Semblance)
  • Awakened Power (Although only being able to repel water at first, the trauma he went through after almost drowning in the ocean caused his Semblance to evolve, in which he could now attract water as well)
  • Adhesive Manipulation (After his Semblance evolved, he could not only attract water, but manipulate its cohesion, allowing him to stick it against people and objects by charging its molecules)
  • Electricity Manipulation (Via Tri-Hard)
  • Resistance to Extreme Heat and Cold (Aura protects the user from sub-zero temperatures, allowing them to be encased in ice without being cold, walk through a blizzard in casual clothing, and traverse the kingdom of Atlas, which resides in Remnant's North Pole, without wearing any protective gear, as well as extreme heat up to and including the heat of flames,, being blasted with steam being struck by lighting for an extended period of time, and being submerged in lava without being burned)

Weaknesses

Due to his aquaphobia, Neptune detests using his Semblance, avoiding water outright to prevent his power from getting out of control. Continual use of his Aura will cause it to decay to the point where he can be left open to more significant damage. Aura's durability is cumulative; it will deplete with each attack she takes and can be brought down by characters of similar strength. Semblances drain Aura by a small amount and without it they cannot be used until it is recharged. Constant exposure to extreme temperature can drain the user's Aura.

Ranked tied for #10 of 99 in RWBY by strength.
