Powers and abilities
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics
- Acrobatics
- Hand to Hand Combat
- Genius Intelligence
- Social Influencing (Deceived members of the CR, appearing to them as a calm and collected CEO before being revealed as Genm. When working alongside the CR, Kuroto was still as deceptive as ever. He appealed to the competitive nature of Emu and Parado in relation to video games, which allowed him to escape and begin his new plan)
- Weapon Mastery
- Inorganic Physiology (Type 2; Bugsters' bodies are made of data and as such don't have any organic parts)
- Body Control (Bugsters could turn into a mass of data to avoid attacks or escape)
- Self-Resurrection with Continue (Can revive and "continue" his life after being killed, which he has 99 lives)
- Immortality (Type 1, 3, 4, 6, 8)
- Regeneration (Mid-Godly; Bugsters can revive from their own deaths, after which the body and data vanish. Computer data is what makes up their body and mind, which means they can survive a complete destuction of their existence. If a Bugster is killed or before gaining a stable body, they can be absorbed and preserved into a Gashacon Bugvisor in a form of data, as an efficient way to preserve their data for other uses)
- Reactive Evolution and Accelerated Development (Other; Physical Statistics and Abilities; Bugsters become stronger and evolve every time they die, similar to how viruses mutate and adapt to man-made vaccines. Motor Bugster lost his bike ability after being reprogrammed by Level 99 Ex-Aid, but he adapted to his speed even without a bike)
- Adaptation (Adapted to the Gamedeus Virus after being exposed to it for a long time)
- Possession (Bugsters essentially parasites (or rather parasitoids, given how they're lethal to their hosts) that infect their host and grow inside them as a virus until their infection reaches a certain point, causing them to turn into a "Bugster Union". The virus evolves to the point where they can possess their victim instead of forming a Bugster Union. When Kamen Rider Chronicle comes into play, it seems to have evolved again: each Bugster no longer has a single host but rather a group of Ride Players, with even Perfect Bugsters able to infect multiple hosts)
- Data Manipulation (Can travel through cyberspace by transforming into computer data)
- Teleportation (Can teleport himself for simple travel or evade incoming assaults)
- Disease Manipulation
- Data Manipulation
- Status Effect Inducement and Existence Erasure (Can infect people with Bugster virus, if the virus is not stopped within the time limit, the patient will instantly die with their body completely vanishing)
- Paralysis Inducement (Paralysis cannot affect Bugsters)
- Immunity to Soul Manipulation (He's a Bugster, an Video Game Virus made out of data, and lacks of soul)
- Transformation
- Deconstruction and Corrosion Inducement (Enemies that come in contact with Gashacon Breaker’s hammer or blade is decomposed. Gashacon Bugvisor decomposes or evaporates anything it comes in contact with. Enemies that come in contact with Gashacon Sparrow’s attacks are decomposed)
- Light Manipulation (Genm’s sword slashes is accompanied by laser wires that decompose enemies on contact. Gashacon Sparrow can shoot light arrows with excellent piercing damage or light blades that decompose enemies)
- Vibration Manipulation (The Gashacon Breaker can make high-pressure shockwaves that can incapacitate enemies)
- Absorption (Gashacon Bugvisor can absorb Bugsters into it)
- Sealing with Bugvisor (The Bugvisor can absorb and seal data of a being inside it)
- Can resist and negate both Reality Warping and Time Rewind with Save (With "Save" Energy Item that he created, he able to "save" the "progress" and resists the changing of reality and time caused by Cronus' Reset ability, and cancelled them)
- Resistance to Hacking (Gamer Driver has an automatic battle communication program that is able to connect to Genm Corp. They then send out bug fixes that the Gamer Driver automatically downloads)
- Disease Manipulation
- Data Manipulation
- Status Effect Inducement and Existence Erasure (The ability to use the Gamer Driver gives them resistance to the Bugster Virus, in which the infected succumb to intense pain and are eventually erased from the world. Even before becoming a Bugster, Kuroto can use the Bugvisor normally, which infects the user with a large quantity of viruses, something that not even CR doctors can withstand. As a Bugster, he's immune to conventional Game Disease)
- Biological Manipulation and Transmutation (He is unaffected by the Gamedeus Virus turning people into Bugster Virus
- Have Civilian abilities based on arc
- Can activate the Game Area
- Non-Physical Interaction (Can see and interact with Kamen Rider Specter and Kamen Rider Necrom, who's an incorpereal being)
- Energy Manipulation (Many of his weapons and attacks are energy-based)
- Acrobatics (Genm has a built-in spring that enhances jumping and high movement actions)
- Density Manipulation (By injecting air into the armor, Genm can become lighter, increasing his mobility)
- Damage Reduction (Genm’s armor is made with a soft material that has excellent shock absorption that mitigates damage)
Weaknesses
Kuroto is an arrogant man that also possess a rather massive god complex. His mother's death ultimately send him spiraling down into insanity during his adulthood, he did not put his trust in the medical world in saving his mother, and believed that only he could accomplish it with his own talents (which turns out that he really did it)
Ranked tied for #16 of 279 in Kamen Rider by strength.
