Powers and abilities

  • Genius Intelligence and Social Influencing (Genm deceived members of the CR, appearing to them as a calm and collected CEO before being revealed as a Rider. When working alongside the CR, Kuroto was still as deceptive as ever. He appealed to the competitive nature of Emu and Parado in relation to video games, which allowed him to escape and begin his new plan)
  • Multiple Selves (Type 1; due to the Bugster Virus in Emu's DNA, he has two different personalities, Emu himself and Genius Gamer M, which can be separated when using Mighty Brothers XX)
  • Statistics Amplification (In at least one occasion, the spontaneous activation of Emu's Bugster infection allows him to exert great physical strength. Ex-Aid can temporarily inject an armor strengthening agent throughout the body. Furthermore, by activating closing and pulling the lever, Ex-Aid can activate a special move that boosts AP significantly. Ex-Aid’s attacks and movement can get fast enough that the opponent cannot see them and that Ex-Aid can hit the opponent multiple times at once. Furthermore, he can amplify any weapon by 10 times. When the special illuminating particles called “Sparking Glitter” is covering Ex-Aid, all ability parameters are doubled)
  • Gashat Creation (As Patient Zero of the Bugster Virus, the progenitor of all the Rider Gashats and Bugsters as stated by Hiiro, he can use the Bugster Virus in him in conjunction with certain blank Gashats to create new, stronger forms for himself)

  • Purification (Ex-Aid can run a disinfecting program that heavily damages viruses and diseases. He also has an air filter that filters out dangerous substances)
  • Fissionism (By hitting a separation pulse the same time as an attack, Ex-Aid can separate a person from the Bugster Virus)
  • Information Analysis (Ex-Aid’s React Signal allows him to capture and identify surrounding moving bodies and automatically sets tracking markers. The radar map on the internal monitor shows the captured enemies, allies, and the positions of energy items. Ex-Aid also has a built in camera. The Hologram Eye Light has functions to instantly analyze all enemies within the game area. It also analyzes all movements within the game area and automatically put trackers on it to monitor it)
  • Light Manipulation (Ex-Aid has a light emission device that is good for night combat. The Dragonite Blade emits light along it’s slashes that decomposes the enemy on contact)
  • Temperature Manipulation (By storing air, Ex-Aid is able to keep the temperature and humidity of the inside of the suit to an optimum condition)
  • Reactive Evolution (Ex-Aid has the property of increasing durability by recombining the structure of parts according to the damage received, such as increased heat resistance when exposed to heat attacks)
  • Telepathy (Sender ear is equipped with a secret communication function for conducting voice conversations with specific parties)

  • Portal Creation (Can create portal back to the real world by circling in the sky and using the Mighty Creator VRX Gashat to draw it)
  • Precognition (The arithmetic unit on Kamen Rider Ex-Aid performs calculations based on information sent from the dimension sensor. Genm stated that Mighty Novel X can predict the future)
  • Platform Creation (One of the abilities that is demonstrated with his creation)
  • Data Manipulation, Biological Manipulation, Power Nullification, and Power Modification (Can "reprogram" and manipulate data, as well change them biologically. Reprogramming allows him to take away a Bugster's ability, modify it, or undo its mind control effect)
  • Elasticity and Body Control (Can stretch his arm to grab enemy and various objects)
  • Teleportation (Can automatically teleport to dodges enemy attacks before Emu himself can even notice)
  • Invulnerability (Immune to all attacks and negative status effects)

  • Regeneration, Immortality, and Resurrection Negation with Hyper Critical Sparking (Negated the power of Gamedeus Machina, who has regeneration and should have the powers of all Bugsters, completely killed him. Killed Parado and nullified his immortality)

Weaknesses

Will be erased from existence if his younger self's Ziku Driver is destroyed or he dies, although this seems to be temporary at best.
