Powers and abilities

  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics
  • Flight
  • Longevity
  • Immortality (Type 3)
  • Expert Scythe Wielder
  • Enhanced Senses (As a Makai native, he can see clearly in the dark)
  • Extrasensory Perception (Able to sense strong souls and energy sources, even across time and space)
  • Non-Physical Interaction (Able to interact with Pyron, who doesn't have a physical form, and with Bishamon in Vampire Savior, whose body is made of souls)
  • Elemental Intangibility (His whole body is made of a red liquid, which allows him to change form as he pleases. Has a unknown pattern instead of a skeleton)
  • Bodily Weaponry and Body Control (Possesses claws and razor-sharp wings, which can become a scythe or spinning blades to toss at the opponents. These wings can also be elongated and move across the body, due to them not being attached to it. He can extend his fingers, nails and arms. Can manipulate in many ways the substance that composes his body)
  • Density Manipulation (Can change his own weight from 12 to 1002 kg)
  • Regeneration (Low-Godly; Can instantly close wounds and regrow lost limbs, eyes, wings and even his head. Returned from having his body totally destroyed and his soul scattered into untold pieces across Makai)
  • Soul Manipulation (Able to collect the souls of defeated enemies and absorb them to become stronger. He is proud of his ability of consuming many souls at once. Can forcefully steal them via Prova di Servo. Can use souls to create pocket dimensions)
  • passive Aura
  • Corruption (Type 2) and Madness Manipulation (Type 2) (All Darkstalkers give off an aura that corrupts the heart of the opponents and drives them insane)
  • Telepathy (Mentally communicated with many Darkstalkers, reaching them in the past or across dimensions)
  • Creation and Power Bestowal (Created a body for Lilith's soul and gave her some of his powers)
  • Spatial Manipulation (Can cut through space and was able to free Lilith's soul from the pocket space where she was imprisoned. Left many portals on Earth that led to Majigen)
  • Paper Manipulation (Via Prova di Servo)
  • Dimensional Travel (Can cross from Makai to the Human World and other places)
  • BFR (Transported many Darkstalkers and even physical locations, such as Morrigan and Demitri's castles, to Majigen and caged them there, despite some being able to traverse dimensions. Sent Hsien-Ko and Mei-Ling's souls to Majigen, leaving their empty bodies behind)
  • Dream Manipulation (Casted an everlasting nightmare on Hsien-Ko and Mei-Ling. Did the same to Anita in an alternate reality)
  • Resistance to Empathic Manipulation (Can easily resist the effects of Morrigan's body odor)
  • Soul Manipulation (Possesses an exceptionally strong soul, due to it being directly connected to his power. Souls such as his own, if split into multiple parts, are able to draw each piece to the other and return one)
  • Corruption and Madness Manipulation (Totally unaffected by the aura of other Darkstalkers)

Weaknesses

Arrogance. He sometimes severely loses his cool. Sunlight is troublesome for him. Can be overconfident in his ability to absorb many souls at once (despite the exact limit being unknown) and surpassing the limit will destroy his body and split his soul in many pieces. If his soul is scattered, it could take 100 years for him to regenerate. A strong mind/spirit can resist the madness-inducing effect of his aura and a dark heart can resist the corruption.

Ranked #2 of 20 in Darkstalkers by strength.
