Powers and abilities

  • Superhuman Physical Characteristics
  • Shapeshifting (Can transform into her beast form with a Beaststone)
  • Bodily Weaponry (Besides utilizing her claws for dealing cuts or tearing out organs, Panne has claimed herself capable of ripping out or even eating one's heart with her teeth)
  • Enhanced Senses (Taguels have far greater senses of smell and hearing compared to humans, which Panne has displayed herself multiple times. She herself claims that the Taguels' ears pick up on "every little sound". Heard Gaius talking to himself while climbing a tree in a location far away from anyone else. Yarne, a Taguel and the son of Panne, can hear others approaching them from mile away according to Robin. During and following her pursuit of Frederick, she could hear his heart racing in fear. Capable of tracking others by their scent and could literally smell Kellam from a mile away. Picked up an "odd feral air" from Henry due to his past of living in the woods. Can smell fear)
  • Extrasensory Perception & Non-Physical Interaction (Can see, attack, and kill ghosts)
  • Martial Arts (Knowledgeable in hand-to-hand combat)
  • Stealth Mastery (Snuck up on and surprised Yarne, her Taguel son, despite the fact he possesses senses capable of smelling and hearing those approaching from up to a mile away)
  • Acrobatics (Hypermobility; Gaius, an agile thief capable of effortlessly performing backflips, is considered to have below average dexterity by Taguel standards according to Panne)
  • Accelerated Development (Leveling & Training - Physical Stats & Abilities; Panne's attributes and skills improve at substantial rate for every battle she takes part in. Has snuck in extra training for the sake of significantly improving her weapon skills)
  • Limited Automatic Translation (Could have an actual conversation with Cordelia's pegasus, an ability she implied all Taguel have)
  • Healing (Knowledgeable in, and has produced a secret Taguel recipe for a medicine far stronger than that of human healing salves)
  • Unconventional Dream Manipulation (Produced a potion that when consumed, stopped Lon'qu from having nightmares, causing him to instead experience extremely pleasant dreams)
  • Resistance to:
  • Magic (Via the resistance to magic stat directly stated to exist like here)
  • Unconventional Resistance to Soul Manipulation (Characters in Fire Emblem can consistently survive without their souls, albeit while being reduced to a husk personality wise)

Weaknesses

Although she can still fight without a Beaststone, lacking one renders her unable to transform. Weak to beast killing weapons, such as the Lance "Beast Killer", and the Rapier. In warmer environments, like on a sunny beach, warmth of Panne's fur may cause her to overheat, albeit she can still move and fight. Was initially distrusting of humans due to her race's history of being abused and nearly extinct by them, but through interacting with the Shepherds, fighting alongside them, bonding closely with and potentially marrying one of them, and remembering her mother's dying words instructing her to not hold hatred for all humans, she has essentially overcome this barrier.

Ranked tied for #21 of 160 in Fire Emblem by strength.
