  • Self-Sustenance (Types 2 & 3; Thanks to his Crimson Moon heart, while imprisoned, Hoolay was able to survive for hundreds of years without any food or water and was kept awake by being constantly wounded)

  • Type 3 & Regeneration (High-Mid, Passive & Instant; Borisins should have greater regeneration than Blade, as they have been stated to possess the greatest healing ability. Unlike other Borisins, Hoolay, as the Warhead, possesses the Crimson Moon heart, granting him enhanced regeneration, allowing him to recover even after being decapitated and heals damage done to him instantly)
  • Unconventional Type 6, Possession (Mental & Spiritual) & Power Mimicry (Hoolay can possess those who consume or absorb his Crimson Moon Heart, manifesting as the consumer in their mind, obtaining all of their weapons, powers, abilities and resistances, being able to fully take over their being unless he is destroyed. A person's soul is regarded as their mind and is composed of fundamental information, the latter that shapes reality and life as a line of code)
  • Supernatural Willpower (When Borisins shapeshift, they have to endure intense hyperplasia of the bone and muscle structure, such as a protruded snout and jawline, and the twisting of the foot structure. Thanks to the Crimson Moon heart, Hoolay was able to endure constant stabbing for hundreds of years with no reaction)
  • Acrobatics (Hypermobility & Self-Momentum; Borisin are agile, able to leap great distances and use walls to jump from one to another)

  • Berserk Mode (Borisins possess the ability Moon Rage, which allows them to enter a frenzy, enhancing their strength and speed. Unlike the Foxians, Borisins can control this power)

  • Limited Madness Manipulation (Types 1 & 3) & Light Manipulation (Hoolay can drive Foxians who were bitten by him into madness after they were corrupted and transformed into Borisins. After ripping off his own Crimson Moon heart, Hoolay used its red light to attempt to drive all Foxians within the entire Xianzhou Luofu into madness, making them crave for endless slaughter, and would have succeeded if his heart had not been absorbed by Feixiao)

  • Limited Poison Manipulation (Hoolay was able to resist the Tumbledust poison for a few hours after he drunk Jiaoqiu's blood that was contaminated with said poison, although the Tumbledust poison eventually took effect during his fight against Yunli, Yanqing and March 7th, weakening Hoolay)
  • Soul Manipulation, Mind Manipulation & Information Manipulation (Type 2; The soul contains the consciousness and fundamental information, the latter that shapes up all of reality and life)

Weaknesses

Hoolay is fixated on Jingliu and can be easily goaded at the mere mention of her name.
