Powers and abilities

• Superhuman Physical Characteristics
• Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant
• Weapon Mastery (Has knife skills comparable to Takumi Hijirihara. Can use other weapons such as sniper rifles)
• Hacking (Hacked into public cameras all over the city to watch the chaos unfold and track Takumi's location)
• Explosion Manipulation (Can plant explosive bombs/traps, by putting them on others and himself, hidden in floors and many parts of a building. Has planted bombs all over in the country of Japan, though Preparation is needed when it is at that scale)

Weaknesses

He's under the influence of despair, meaning that he'll accomplish his goal in a very questionable and twisted manner. Shuji is absolutely twisted and crazy, even more twisted than what Takumi had become after the massacre. He is fixated on completely getting rid of murders even if it meant making humanity extinct. Obsessed with Takumi Hijirihara, refuses to let anyone get too close to him, and is fixated on "saving" him from his addiction to murder.

Ranked tied for #9 of 100 in Danganronpa by strength.
