• Superhuman Physical Characteristics
• Stealth Mastery
• Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant
• Knife Mastery (Can cut apart humans, so that the parts reattach upon falling back on the body. Can cut objects from a distance with his knife. Can repel or reflect projectiles and thwart murder attempts of serial killers)
• Murder Analysis (Is capable of identifying a person's character based on how they do their killings. He can also understand the intent of the killer by just hugging the victim's corpse)
• Shockwave Generation (Blew the roof of an entire compound by swinging his knife, just to decapitate a murderer)
• Murder Mimicry (Has the mysterious ability to copy the way of someone killing others, with his method being way better than that of the original murderer)
• Acrobatics
• Possible Hacking (Erased all data related to Rei Shimizu from Niyama Hospital's surgical records so thoroughly that even Future Foundation members couldn't find a trace of her information)
• Enhanced Senses (Fought Ted Chikatilo, and reflected his fireworks barrage with his eyes closed)
• Limited Regeneration (Mid-Low; Received critical injuries, such as a hole in his stomach, from his fight with Shuji Fujigawa, and he was in perfect condition in just a few days)
• Resistance to Empathic Manipulation (Did not fall into despair after he witnessed the Giboura Middle School Massacre by Mukuro Ikusaba, meanwhile the critically injured and witnesses fell into insanity, which includes the class rep and his childhood friend. This is confirmed further when Juzo Sakakura stated that Takumi has no possibility of despair)

Weaknesses

Takumi is twisted (Though this is more of a strength point rather than a weak point), He is extremely bloodlusted when it comes to killing (Though not to the degree of becoming a psychopath, as he has been shown to understand love), falls in love easily, which causes him to have a heart attack

Ranked tied for #9 of 100 in Danganronpa by strength.
