  • Expert Swordswoman
  • Divination, Retrocognition and Time Manipulation (Passive, Possess Mila's Turnwheel, the turnwheel can show it's whielder visions of what will be or what once was. The Turnwheel can also be used to rewind time and can be used up to 6 times each battle. The Turnwheel is not something that can be used but activate on its own when the time is right)

Leveling (Physical Stats), characters in Fire Emblem often make comment about how they are growing stronger even mid battle. Lukas also said that the characters can get stronger by fighting even if it's just letting them do the final blow to a weakened enemy)
  • Likely Power Nullification (One of her charm that she gave to Alm can dispel enchantments like Nuibaba's)
  • Extreme Heat (Can survive walking in the lava of the Dragon's Maw albeit while taking small amount of damage over time)

  • Magic Absorption (The Hexlock Shield absorb all magic it can sense)

Weaknesses

Most spells and combat arts cost HP and damage Celica when she use them. She can make irrational decision if she think it can be good for her loved ones. As a witch she is not in control of her own actions.

Ranked tied for #23 of 160 in Fire Emblem by strength.
