Powers and abilities

  • Kamen Rider Physiology
  • Weapon Mastery (Scales to Ace, who is able to use any Raise Buckles given by the Desire Grand Prix efficiently, no matter how unconventional they are)
  • Spark (Basic User)
  • Limited Acausality (Type 1; Touching an ID Core allows the user to retain their memories of the previous world)
  • Limited Teleportation (Can teleport to the DGP)
  • Hacking (4D; The Spider Phone is capable of hacking into technology created by Future Humans)
  • Morality Manipulation & Empathic Manipulation (Dropping out from the DGP will cause anyone to lose the desire for their wish, this can be reversed by touching the ID Cores)
  • Analytical Prediction (Riders competing in the DGP can react to shots from Magnum Users, despite the abilities provided by the Magnum Buckle. Dapaan in his Magnum Form wasn't able to land a single hit on Geats)
  • Poison Manipulation, Acid Manipulation, Deconstruction, Disease Manipulation & Body Puppetry via Biological Manipulation (Riders are able to survive Poison Charges from Zombie Buckle Users without suffering its adverse effects)[5]
  • Fear Manipulation (Riders are unaffected by Kamen Rider Buffa's horns, which can heighten psychological intimidation of anyone in his vicinity. Being in his presence alone can scare away any non-Kamen Riders.)
  • Electricity Manipulation & Heat Manipulation (Riders can withstand hits from the Raising Sword without suffering from its adverse effects)
  • Mind Manipulation & Sleep Manipulation (Riders are unaffected by Kamen Rider Mary's horns, which have hypnotic effects that can cause drowsiness to those in his vicinity)
  • Limited Resistance to Existence Erasure (Vice was able to temporarily keep his existence by joining the DGP and using the Desire Driver)
  • Summoning (Can summon out the respective gear of the buckle he uses)[1]
  • Body Control (Performing a Revolve On has the body bend and move limbs around to switch buckle attachments. Can be used in combat to dodge oncoming attacks, push attacks away, change positions, or to chain combos)
  • Energy Projection (All Geats Riders constantly implement energy projections in their attacks, whether they may be purely visual, or otherwise.
  • Regeneration Negation (Mid-High; Can defeat and destroy Jyamato Riders, who can regenerate from being reduced to ash by their initial attacks)
  • Non-Standard Breathing (Type 3; The crush, the mouth section of the Riders, are able to prevent the entrance of toxic substances, as well as extracting oxygen underwater, to maintain their breathing. This also allows them to survive in oxygen-free environments for a short period of time)
  • Resistance to Extreme Temperature (Should be comparable to Armed Shield, which can withstand temperatures of 1,200 degrees Celsius)
  • Information Analysis and Extrasensory Perception (Da·Paan Ears have excellent sound-collecting capabilities)
  • Information Analysis (The Magnum Chester has a large database of shooting styles and is able to factor in various conditions such as weather and geography to improve the accuracy of shooting and techniques)
  • Analytical Prediction (The Red Eyes are able to overlay information to visualize landing point and predicted trajectory)
  • Danmaku (Magnum Users have been shown to constantly bombard enemies with bullets, whether it be from their gunbarrels from their armor, and/or from the Magnum Shooter 40X. The Gunslinger Arms, the forearm armor that house the Armored Guns, specialises in handling the Magnum Shooter 40X, enabling ultrafast firing by reducing the lag down to seven decimal places. The Magnum Shooter 40X itself can fire up to 200,000 shots per minute, or 3333 shots a second, during rapid fire.)
  • Homing Attack (Magnum Users' bullets can home in onto their opponents, which complement the danmaku aspect of Magnum)
  • Electro-Magnetism Manipulation (The Magnum Shooter 40X uses electromagnetic properties to fire its shots)
  • Forcefield Creation (Can form barriers from his Gunslinger Arms)

  • Enhanced Senses (Enhances vision)
  • Flight (Allows user to fly)
  • Enhanced Vision (Infrared & Thermographic; The Orange Eyes can locate hidden enemies via the accurate detection of the slightest difference in temperature, thanks to their infrared sensing abilities)
  • Damage Reduction (The Zombie Head Guard and the Undead Chester reduces damage)
  • Higher Resistance to Poison Manipulation (In addition, the Zombie Head Guard increases resistance to poison)

Weaknesses

A Grand Victory Finisher from a Boost Time mode can only be used once, after which the Boost Buckle will disengage from the Desire Driver and fly away. As Da·Paan mainly focuses on a large horde of enemies to shoot at, he can be unaware of his surroundings. He is also not as skilled in hand-to-hand combat compared to other riders due to his standard tactics.| None notable

Ranked tied for #109 of 279 in Kamen Rider by strength.
