Terms of Service

The rules for using powerscale.online and the Powerscale Discord app. Last updated 29 September 2026.

Using Powerscale

By using the site or the Discord app you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use them. Powerscale is a free fan project. You need to be at least 13 to make an account, and you're responsible for what happens under yours, so keep your password to yourself.

What the verdicts are

Verdicts are estimates worked out from stats on the VS Battles Wiki (see how), plus admin overrules. They're for fun and debate, not facts. Character data comes from the VS Battles Wiki under CC BY-SA. Powerscale isn't affiliated with the VS Battles Wiki, Fandom or Discord, and characters, names and pictures belong to their owners.

What you post

You keep ownership of your posts, comments, tickets and profile. You let Powerscale show them on the site and in the Discord app and server for as long as they're up. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Be decent. Not allowed:

  • harassment, hate, threats, or targeting other users;
  • sexual content, or anything illegal;
  • spam, advertising, or flooding tickets;
  • impersonating someone, or sharing someone's personal information;
  • cheating: bots or scripts in duels, extra accounts to boost a record, or attacking or overloading the site.

Admins can remove content, overrule verdicts, block someone from sending tickets, or close accounts that break these rules.

The Discord app

The Powerscale app follows these terms and Discord's own terms. Connecting your Discord with /link is optional and can be undone in Profile settings. The Privacy Policy says what the app receives.

No guarantees

Powerscale is provided as it is, for free. It may be down, change, lose features or be wrong, and results, records and posts can be reset or removed. As far as the law allows, Powerscale isn't liable for any loss from using it.

Leaving, and changes

You can delete your account at any time in Profile settings. These terms may change; the new version goes on this page with a new date, and using Powerscale after that means you accept it. Questions? Ask on the Powerscale Discord.
