Powers and abilities
- Superhuman Physical Characteristics
- Weapon Mastery
- Immortality (Type 1 and 7) and Inorganic Physiology (Vhailor is a restless spirit whose life force animates a suit of armor and his axe. While he can also wield other axes, Final Judgment is irreversibly tied to him and his "body" and being cursed, cannot be removed)
- Bodily Weaponry (Vhailor's armor is covered with sharp blades and doubles as a weapon of its own)
- Supernatural Willpower (Vhailor's sheer will and extreme dedication to justice kept him alive after his body died, causing him to become a restless spirit of justice)
- Empowerment
- Fire Manipulation and Damage Boost (Final Judgment increases the wielder's strength and grants them protection, inflicts fire damage and doubles its power against Chaotic or Evil beings, as Vhailor draws his power from merciless justice. The more powerful the injustice he is fighting against, the more strength he will gather as a result, to the point of being capable of killing even gods)
- Damage Reduction (Vhailor resists piercing and projectile damage)
- Dimensional Travel (Capable of traveling to the afterlife Planes)
- Light Manipulation (Vhailor's eyes can shine with such glow to be blinding)
- Telepathy (All Mercykillers are inherently capable of casting Detect Lie once per day, but Vhailor seems to have grown far beyond that; just by looking at someone, he can see through their minds and judge whether they are just or deserving of punishment)
- Non-Physical Interaction (Being enchanted, Final Judgment is capable of interacting with creatures in different planes of existence, as well as abstract, intangible, incorporeal, and nonexistent entities. Furthermore, Vhailor has been stated to be capable of killing even gods)
- Regeneration Negation (Up to Mid-Godly) and Extreme Resistance to Probability Manipulation (Stated to be capable of killing gods, who can regenerate from being destroyed by the Sphere of Annihilation, which erases something from all levels of existence, and ensure themselves the highest possibility of success in every action, even in the face of absolute failure. The Nameless One believed that he could kill him permanently)
- Extreme Resistance to Death Manipulation and Soul Manipulation (Undead are healed by spells that use Negative Energy such as Inflict Wounds, and they all draw their powers from the Negative Plane, which is the antithesis to life)
- Pain Manipulation (Undead are unlikely to feel any pain)
- Temperature Manipulation
- Acid Manipulation and Magic (Vhailor has complete resistance to acid, cold, magic and magic cold)
- Pressure Points
- Paralysis Inducement
- Status Effect Inducement
- Mind Manipulation and Statistics Reduction (Undead are immune to critical hits, paralysis and stunning, can't be affected by mind spells and can't have their ability scores lowered)
- Statistics Amplification (Many pieces of equipment increase one or several of the wearer's statistics)
- Magic (Many pieces of equipment are either enchanted or can cast magic)
- Non-Physical Interaction (Magic is capable of interacting with creatures in different planes of existence, as well as abstract, intangible, incorporeal, and nonexistent entities)
- Reality Warping (All magic is the result of manipulating The Weave, a multiversal construct personified by the Goddess Mystra, which in turn refines the raw power of the entity known as The Serpent)
- Weapon Control (The Entropic Blade is also capable of transforming between different shapes, at the user's will)
- Electricity Manipulation and Durability Negation (Heartgrinder inflicts electrical damage, and also always damages the target's heart, no matter where it strikes, if they have one)
- Chaos Manipulation (The Axe of the Jester causes random, uncontrollable effects around itself, often leading its user to die in anticlimactic ways or pull off incredible feats)
- Life Absorption (Butcherer of Innocents absorbs foes' life force as it cuts them down, healing the user)
- Temperature Manipulation and Deconstruction (Edge of Oblivion inflicts cold damage and also disintegrates the flesh around the area it strikes)
- Berserk Mode
- Empathic Manipulation and Absorption (Hatred's Gift inflicts hatred in the user's opponents while fillings its wielder with a berserker rage. It also absorbs foes into itself)
- Minor Mind Manipulation (The Negative Token can be used to exert some control over Shadows, and passively renders it harder for them to attack)
- Energy Manipulation and Damage Reduction (The Displacer Ring redirects energy of attacks aimed at the user, rendering them harder to hit and hurt)
- Forcefield Creation (Mempa's Biting Ring protects the wearer with an aura)
- minor Invisibility (The Ring of Almost Invisibility renders the wearer partially invisible)
- minor Light Manipulation and extreme Resistance to Sense Manipulation (Blindsider has a tendency to reflect light onto its foes' eyes, and is also enchanted to protect the wielder from being blinded themselves)
- Resistance to Poison Manipulation (Gehraise's Ring protects from poison)
- Statistics Amplification (Many charms increase one or several of the wearer's statistics)
- Magic (Many charms can cast magic)
Weaknesses
Vhailor can be convinced to essentially die by pointing out to him that there are many more sinners in the afterlife than in the living world, or by unquestionably convincing him of the fact that he is indeed undead, which is not something he is aware of. However both, especially the latter, require extreme levels of charisma.
Ranked #29 of 704 in Dungeons & Dragons by strength.
