  • Stealth Mastery (The Rangers were able to hide away, from Divatox and her forces, inside the remainings of the destroyed Command Center. Justin was able to inflitrate the spaceship base of operation without anyone seeing him)

  • Transformation (Into the Blue Turbo Ranger)
  • Social Influencing (Managed to talk through his bully at high-school, making him open up and eventually become his friend. Managed to convince the head of the spaceship operation that the Rangers are his friends and that they need the spaceship to follow Divatox to space)

  • Enhanced Senses (The unmorphed Ranger cast could hear Transluicitor laughing from far away)
  • Accelerated Development (The Rangers were able to harm a kaiju sized Flamite with the Auto Blaster despite kaiju sized enemies from the early episodes tanking the strongest weapons of the Power Rangers)
  • Information Analysis, Extrasensory Perception and Enhanced Senses via the Turbo Navigator (The Turbo Navigator is a device that can detect any extraterrestrial life forms and devices. The Turbo Navigator was able to analyze and inform the Rangers that their city was going invisible. The Navigator can scan and detect energies even if they are shifted to an alternate dimension. The Navigator can scan and gain information regarding extradimensional activities)
  • Mind Manipulation (Easily broke out from Numbor's mind damaging ability which stunned temporarily the other Rangers)
  • BFR (Should scale to fellow unmorphed Rangers such as Cassie and Ashley who were seemingly unaffected by the Translucitor shifting the entire Juice Bar into an alternate dimension)
  • Broadway Force (Did not dance after listening to Carlos' singing which made all the Piranhatrons around him start dancing)
  • Density Manipulation via Supernatural Willpower (The Rangers defended and overpowered Numbor's ability to manipulate weight using mathematics)
  • Morphin Grid Energy (Ranger Physiology/Blue Ranger)
  • Enhanced Acrobatics (The Rangers were able to accurately jump on top of the Blazinator who was flying past buildings at high speeds. Comparable to Tommy who performed a backflip mid-air after he was thrown by the Blue Senturion in order to land safely, in the same fight scene Tommy was able to jump from wall to wall multiple times to overpower the Blue Senturion after he was thrown by him)
  • Limited Light Manipulation (Can project light from his helmet)
  • Homing Attack via the Auto Blast Defender (After combining the Turbo Navigator Defender mode with the Auto Blaster, they create a new formation that can lock in and follow others across areas as big as angel grove)
  • Limited Energy Manipulation via the Turbo Navigator Defender Mode (The Defender mode of the Turbo Navigator can create energy constructs that can bind others)
  • Physics Manipulation via the Turbo R.A.M. (The Turbo R.A.M. could reverse the functions of a volcano making its heat level go down, after hitting it on a specific angle)
  • Existence Erasure (The weapons of the Turbo Rangers can erase anything they come in contact with)
  • Damage Boost via the Turbo Lightning Sword and the Turbo Blade (The Turbo Lightning Sword can unleash a devastating attack after getting fully charged. The Turbo Blade can increase its attack power by pulling back the handle)
  • Non-Physical Interaction via all his weapons (Spatial Intangibility; The Turbo weapons can interact and harm the Transluicitor who can BFR himself and others into the dimension of intangibility making them completely uninteractable by everyone in other dimensions)
  • Additional Electricity Manipulation (Withstood Electrovolt's electricity that can fry others with positive and negative electric charges. The Turbo Ranger suit can defend against Voltmeister's whip that can electrocute others to death. Rangers can resist their own weapons including the Star Chargers that electrocute the opponent with 20000 Volts Per Charge)
  • Additional Temperature Manipulation and Fire Manipulation (Scales to his fellow Rangers who withstood Flamite's fire that is capable of setting the world ablaze. The Turbo suit protects the user from flames that can light other things on fire to the point of setting Angel Grove ablaze. The Ranger's suit can endure the flame of the Torching Tiger that is hot enough to create a fire tornado)
